The little moments of my life

Hello again! How was your week girls? If you read my blog post from last week you know that I didn’t have to go to work and this week was also free, cause apparently there was nothing to work on, so this week was also super chilled for me. I had time for myself, also on weekend I visited my family in Kaunas again.  Here are some snaps from my week. Hope you’ll like it!

1.     My morning snack on Monday (Latte, Grapefruit juices made by Dr. Oz’s recipe, avocado with healthy crackers and dessert curd, which has less calories). 2. My little corner where I like to sit with my laptop and to do all the work.

1.     My outfit on Tuesday: classical black pants and a simple cardigan that kept me warm.  2. My dinner on Tuesday: tortilla pizza. If you don’t want to make pizza dough, just take tortilla and add everything you want on top of it.

1.     The weather on Wednesday was amazing and somehow these rooftops and architecture in Vilnius reminds me of Paris a little bit. Don’t you think so too? 2. My outfit on Wednesday. This navy dress is from H&M, it’s my favourite one and this fun jacket is from New Yorker.

1.     Selfie time on Thursday. 2. On Friday I went back to my hometown Kaunas and on the weekend I also visited my Grandma and Grandpa, so I photographed these lovely flowers in their garden.

1.     That’s Sidas and me. I didn’t think that it could be really challenging to take a picture with your dog. He was more interested in other things. 2. Back in Vilnius again. So on Sunday my boyfriend and I got some sweet stuff to eat. These are cheesecakes with éclairs, Belgian waffles and Lithuanian dessert called “Tinginys”, in English it would called “sluggard”. I ate only one piece of that cheesecake and I decided to eat my Belgian waffle in the morning with my coffee.

THIS PAST WEEK...

This past week was quite laid back, because I had two free days, when I didn’t need to go to work. I was so happy about it, I really needed some free time, since I don’t have enough to finish some of my blog post and I also really want to blog more. Blogging is becoming like my lifestyle, so today I decided to share the moments of my past week with you girls. I would like to do these kinds of blog posts every week, so tell me in the comments if you would be interested in that? =)

1.   – 2. I was preparing smoothies every morning this week. This one that you see contains: almond milk, spinach and frozen fruits (banana, oranges, kiwi, melon, raspberries and blueberries). Yum yum!
3.   I ate some sweets on Monday. Don’t worry, these gummies were not only for me, actually they all were for my boyfriend, I just stole some. My favourite gummies are the sour one.
4.   Tortillas for dinner on Monday. I also have to mention that from this week I promised myself to eat more healthier, especially to eat more fruits and more vegetables. Despite those gummies, I was pretty good this week. I sticked with my plan and I can say that I’m really proud of myself.

1.   – 2. On the same Monday evening I took a relaxing bath, lighted some candles and pampered myself with the face mask, also I used soap and glory goodies to make my skin soft and smooth (The scrub of your life exfoliator and Butter yourself moisturiser). 3. As you can see I had some face masks to choose from, but the winner was – cucumber mask, which suppose to refresh your face.

1.   For Tuesday dinner I made chicken salads with the homemade avocado sauce. It was healthy and also yummy. 2. I also made Dr. Oz’s recommended swimsuit slim down drink, which is made from grapefruit juices, you should also add one teaspoon of honey and two teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. If you love grapefruits, you will also love this drink. It’s also great after your workout, you can also drink it before every meal – it breaks down fat cells faster than anything else.

1.   On Wednesday I bought some flowers – these are Lilies of the Valley. They smell amazing and look very cute in this vase. 2. I also made some pictures for my new blog post about Essence makeup products. You can find it here.

1.  On Thursday I had a day off and decided to try a new smoothie, which also was very delicious (it contains: hazelnut milk, low-fat yoghurt, spinach, banana, kiwi, oranges and nectarines). This smoothie kinda match my outfit.=) 2. Also I had to edit some pictures with Photoshop and to finish my blog post.

1.   A Friday trip with train to my hometown Kaunas. I decided to spend my weekend with my family in Kaunas city. It is my hometown and I miss it a lot. 2. I was really hungry after my trip, since I didn’t eat lunch that day, so I came to my favourite healthy food restaurant. I chose Caesar salads witch contained about 400 kcal, well that was written in the menu. I love how restaurant gives that kind of information, so you can really know how much calories are in your food.

1. Visited beauty salon and here is my new haircut and hair color, which is ombre and I have to say that I really love it. 2. Back in Vilnius and for Sunday dinner – Sushi. Tasty!

My personal PLANNER

Hi lovelies,

Hello again! It seems that recently I have a lot to talk about and to share with you girls. Today’s post is not about beauty stuff, it’s related with planning your everyday life.

Do you like to plan things? I love to plan, take notes and for that case, I always want to find amazing planners, cause those simple ones are boooring, aren’t they? Anyway, some time ago, I mean about half a year ago (time is running out so fast!), I participated in the giveaway on PinkChickClaire blog. (By the way! check her blog, she’s amazing) I was lucky enough to win this planner from www.personal-planner.co.uk. On this site you can customize and create your own planner, so I made collages with these cute pictures on front and back covers. I love this idea, because you can personalize your planner, make it look the way you want and nobody will have the same one as you have. You can put any picture you like, it can be your picture, or your boyfriend, or your dog. Anyway, there are a lot of options. You can also choose a style from designs that are already prepared by the team of personal planner.co.uk.

And this is my personal planner. What do you think?

Trip to Paris

Hello lovelies,

How was your Valentine's day? Did you have fun? I hope you did. Sadly, I am a very sick person right now. I caught a flu, so now I spend a lot of time in my bed. But today I decided to write a blog post about my Valentine's day trip to Paris. Well, it was the whole weekend, but I still didn't have enough time to discover and to see everything. I am very thankful for my fiancé, because he planned all this trip and surprised me. I would like to share some pictures of this beautiful city with you guys. I hope you will like it!☺

As you all know, Paris is the city of love and music. I have to agree, this city is very musical, there is a lot of music in the streets, metro tunnels. Because of that, this city looks even more magical and I love it. Another amazing thing that I love about Paris is that there is a lot of amazing buildings with amazing architecture. I love those old, but still glamorous looking buildings with high ceilings inside. I also love that everywhere you go, you can find amazing spots to buy some amazing sweets and chocolate, or to drink some coffee with croissant, or to drink some good wine. I also have tried snails, that was the first experience eating them and it was very delicious.

I have to say that I love Paris at night even more, especially an Eiffel Tower. It looks amazing and romantic with all the lights, but we went up to the Eiffel Tower only the other day during daytime. We went all the way to the top, it was very scary at first, I am very scared of heights, but somehow I managed to beat that fear. The only downside was the weather, it was very cold and rainy.

Of course, we had to visit Ladurée and to taste those yummy macaroons. There was a line of people even outside waiting to buy these treats. We waited also and I do not regret, I even bought some to bring home for my family.

That was a truly amazing short trip. My dream to see Paris finally came true. I hope I'll visit it soon again.

How to get happy when you're sad

Hi lovelies,

How are you today? I hope you're great! And if not, this new blog post might be perfect for you☺. Everybody has those black days in their life when you feel sad, you feel like you don't want to do anything, just cry on your pillow. I have those days too sometimes and I don't like that feeling, I mean, who likes? probably nobody. In general, I think I am a happy, optimistic person and it is easy for me to stay or to try to be happy even if sad things happening. So I thought I should share some tips or give some advise for you guys on what to do when you are having a crappy day.

- Listen to music: I love music! And it can be a perfect medicine for that time when you feel sad. Just please, don't play sad songs, it's better to pick happy, funny songs, songs with good rhythm, so you could dance and sing your heart out. My favorite song right now: Maroon 5 - Sugar.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Exercise: a good workout can help you to stay happy or to focus your mind on other things. You can pour out all the sadness and resentment when you exercise.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Read a book: It can also help you to focus your mind on something else. It helps you not to think about your problems and it's a good thing. I'm currently reading the third book of 50 shades of grey and I love it (can't wait for the movie!).
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Watch a movie: not a romantic one! If you are sad about your boyfriend. A good comedy is a very good medicine for those bad days too.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Eat chocolate and drink tea: forget your diet, eat some chocolate. It can help you to feel more happy. I also like to drink some tea, it's like therapy to me.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Light some candles and pamper yourself: another perfect therapy. On those sad days I like to take a long bath. I add some salts, use some scrub and after that I use my favorite body butter. It feels like bath water washes all my sadness away. My favorite body butter right now is: Panier Des Sens Beurre Corporel Olive (body butter with organic olive oil).

- Smile and laugh: Read some jokes or funny quotes, watch some funny youtube clips. Personally, I like to watch Friends, cause it always makes me laugh, even though I have seen all episodes many times.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Think about good memories: When I feel sad I like to remember the good stuff that happened in my life, so I even look at the photo albums, all pictures with my happy moments.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
- Dress up: When you look good you feel good, right? So put on your favorite dress, heels, take a friend with you and go explore the city.

- Hang out with your pet: You can see my dog in these pictures☺. When I feel sad I just cuddle with him or play with him, every time it puts a smile on my face instantly.

That's it and thank you for reading girls!Have a happy weekend! Bye Bye.
