How are you doing? Are you ready
for the Valentine's day? Today my blog post is all about that. Valentine's day
color is red, as we all know☺. So, because of that this month I was searching
for a perfect red lip color and I found the product that I love! I will also
show you other products that I am going to use on that romantic day. It will be
like a little Valentine's day haul. And it doesn't matter if you don't have
that special someone, you still can pamper yourself, put makeup on, dress up
and have some fun with your girlfriends in the city. It's better than watching
romantic movies and eating ice creams alone, yes?☺
Ok, here we go....
The L'oreal Colour Riche Extraordinary Lip Colour in 304 Ruby Opera
was the first product that I bought and I was a little disappointed, mainly
because I wanted a lip gloss or lipstick that stays on while I am eating or
drinking, but that didn't happen with this product, it came off very easily. So
I thought that I must look for solution and I bought Catrice Long lasting lip
pencil in 130 Prince Cherry. It says that it is waterproof and the color is great. I use L'oreal Lip Colour and this pencil
together as a combination. When I eat or drink the lip pencil stays on my lips,
and I only need to reapply a lip gloss after that. This combination is pretty
good. But then I googled phrase "long lasting red lipstick" and I
found out that everyone is raving about Rimmel
Provocalips lipsticks. I have never heard about these lipsticks before. I
think it came out recently. I decided to try them and I was amazed. It says
that it's a kiss proof lip gloss and it's true! It doesn't come off even when I
eat or drink, not even a little bit. I mean, it's like magic! If you don't
believe me, just watch some reviews on youtube. I bought two red colors:
"Play with fire" (darker red) and "Kiss me you fool" (a
little bit more orange). Both colors make your teeth look a lot more whiter. I will definitely wear "Play with fire" on
the Valentine's day.
If you don't like red lipsticks,
I suggest using plumy colors. I love this lipstick by KIKO MILANO. It's a beautiful color, it smells like vanilla, but it transfers if you are
eating or drinking. So in addition I use Rimmel
Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip liner. It says that it is long
lasting and it is true. You can use it even without a lipstick and it still
looks beautiful.
My body scent for Valentine's day
will be - Chloé By Chloé body
lotion. I love the smell, it's very fresh and not too sweet. I think I will
also use this mini size perfume by Nobile
1942. I love the scent. This brand is from Rome . They have very unique and sophisticated
scents. All the bottling, labeling and packaging are done by hand.
The eye pencil that I am going to
use is - Artistry automatic eyeliner
pencil. It's black. And the mascara - L'oreal
Telescopic mascara in black. I love
this mascara, it makes my eyelashes look big! It's absolutely great with giving
length and a bit of volume to your lashes. Although, it's a little bit clumpy,
so you have to be careful while applying.
I also bought some new nail
polishes from Sally Hansen. It's Sally
Hansen Xtreme wear nail colors in Flirt and Cherry Red. When I bought those
red lipsticks which you saw, I was on the mission to find a perfect nail polish
color, which could match those lipsticks. I think I did a pretty good job. It
only need one coat of the nail polish and I'm good to go. I also wanted to try
this Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat,
because I heard that it's the best top coat around. It makes my nails super
shiny and I can usually wear the color for almost a full week before it starts
to chip. I love that it dries my nail polish so quickly, cause I am not very
patient when it comes to painting my nails.
